Role:

We are seeking a proactive hands-on person able to organize a solution for any challenge we encounter when deploying robots in customers. As such you will be in charge of a broad set of tasks, like arranging which robots go to which customers, support in customer deployments and demos, shipping robots abroad, arranging sim card providers for different geographies, etc..

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Keep our robots running by investigating robot issues live and deciding solutions quickly together with the remote robot supervisor.
  2. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, coordinate with the on-call technical support team.
  3. Coordinate maintenance and support with the onsite technicians and security guards.
  4. Organize which robots go to which customers, demos, testing, etc
  5. Organize robot logistics, like shipping, spare robot locations, etc
  6. Coordinate the release of the latest software features and deploy them to the robot fleet.

Background:

  1. Bsc or Msc in a technical field, like engineering, physics, or equivalent experience.
  2. Relevant experience with technical support, field engineering, or operations.
  3. Multidisciplinary, not scared to get your hands dirty replacing robot parts or learning new tools.
  4. Goal driven and independent, getting robots working properly is top priority and you can figure out how to do it.
  5. Good English skills (Level C1) and good German (Level B2)

  1. Working with robots in the field often means working under pressure, either due to tight deadlines or due to customers watching.
  2. The robots work mostly at night and weekends, there could be some work needed during these times. This would of course be compensated.
